Oliver Mojen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple media organizations. Oliver worked at Deutsche Welle from 2002 to 2023, holding various roles such as Head of Programming DW Deutsch and Head of German News Der Tag. Prior to that, they were a Senior Editor, Author, and Producer at Deutsche Welle from 2014 to 2018. Oliver also worked at ZDF as an Editor and Reporter from 1997 to 2002 and at ARD as a Reporter from 1991 to 1997. Additionally, they had roles at HAN, Kinothek Zeitschriften Verlag, OK Radio 95, CNN Washington, FAB, and RIAS Berlin as a Reporter, Writer, and Producer from 1989 to 1997. Recently, in 2022, they founded Stoking Stories and worked as a Marketing and Media Consultant.
Oliver Mojen has a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Northamerican Studies, Communications, and Ethnology from Freie Universität Berlin.
