Ritika Pandey

Ritika Pandey is an accomplished media professional with extensive experience in journalism and broadcasting. Currently serving as an Online Editor and TV Anchor at Deutsche Welle since 2013, Ritika previously worked at Reuters News Agency as a Correspondent from 2011 to 2013 and held the position of Associate Producer at UNI TV from April 2010 to March 2011. In 2010, Ritika was recognized as one of India's top 10 News Anchors on Star News network's reality show #StarAnchorHunt. Additional experience includes roles at Doordarshan Kendra as an Anchor cum Correspondent (2007-2010) and a brief internship at Aaj Tak in 2007. Ritika holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Radio & Television Journalism from the Indian Institute of Mass Communication, a Master’s degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Guru Jambheshwar University, and a Bachelor of Science degree from Deendayal Upadhyay Gorakhpur University, among other qualifications. Fluent in German, Ritika has also completed relevant certifications from Goethe Institute.
