Carola von Enckevort

Carola von Enckevort is an experienced professional with a strong background in leadership, coaching, and business development. Since 2007, Carola has served as the owner of INTENZIO, specializing in leadership, culture, and development. Additionally, Carola has been a lecturer in the Department of Business Psychology at Hochschule Fresenius since 2021, focusing on coaching and consulting. As a board member and reviewer for the Deutscher Verband für Coaching und Training since 2007, Carola has contributed significantly to the coaching industry. Previously, Carola operated a business coaching and consulting practice from 2000 to 2007 and held various roles at Philips from 1992 to 2000, including leading marketing and public relations for the D-A-CH region and product management in consumer electronics. Carola holds a Diplomkauffrau degree in economics from the University of Hamburg, earned between 1986 and 1992.
