Andreas Plumpe is currently the Head of R&D Excellence at DEUTZ, a position they have held since 2025. They previously worked at DLR in System Qualification from 2015 to 2016 and served as a Development Engineer in Emission & Performance at DEUTZ AG from 2016 to 2022. Additionally, Andreas contributed to R&D Methodology Development and led the Simulation, NVH & Methodology team.
