Mollie Thompson has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Mollie began their career as a Crew Member at Dairy Queen in 2014 and 2016. From 2015 to 2018, they worked as a Barista at Starbucks.

In 2017, they served as an Orientation Leader at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, guiding new students and providing mentorship.

In 2020, Mollie interned as a Graphic Design Intern at H² Marketing Consultants, where they created digital designs for clients using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.

In 2021, they joined J.C.'s Jewelry & Repair as a Marketing Assistant, overseeing social media platforms and conducting product photography. Later that year, they also took on the role of Photographer, capturing inventory photos and supporting marketing efforts in building an online shop.

Mollie then joined Talk Miley to Me in 2021 as a Podcaster & Social Media Manager, where they were responsible for production, videography, editing, and managing social media accounts for the podcast.

In 2021, they also joined Roeslein & Associates as a Marketing Assistant, collaborating with a marketing team to satisfy clients and employees. Mollie currently holds the position of Content Designer at Roeslein & Associates, where they design content for the company's branded social media platforms.

Mollie recently joined DEUX in 2023 as a Brand Ambassador, promoting and endorsing their products. In January 2023, they achieved the accolade of top seller of the month.

Throughout their work experience, Mollie has demonstrated their skills in content creation, marketing, graphic design, photography, and customer service.

Mollie Thompson attended Southern Illinois University Edwardsville from 2015 to 2020, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies. In addition, they pursued a Studio Art Minor with a focus on Digital Arts during the same time period. Before their university education, they completed their high school studies at Centralia High School, receiving a High School Diploma in General Studies in 2015.

Mollie also pursued several additional certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge in various areas. These certifications include "Getting Started in User Experience" and "Learning to Write Marketing Copy" from LinkedIn, obtained in October 2022. Mollie also completed the "Google Ads Essential Training" in August 2021 and "Writing a Press Release" in July 2021, both from LinkedIn. Furthermore, they obtained the certification for "Understanding and Prioritizing Data Privacy" in June 2021 from LinkedIn.

Additionally, Mollie participated in the "Digital Strategy Workshop" by Boot Camp Digital - Digital Marketing Training in May 2021. Mollie completed the "2020 Sexual Harassment Prevention Training" provided by the Illinois Department of Human Rights in December 2020. Among their more recent certifications, Mollie achieved proficiency in "LinkedIn Content and Creative Design," "LinkedIn Marketing Strategy," and "LinkedIn Marketing Solutions Fundamentals," all from LinkedIn, in December, November, and October 2022, respectively.

Mollie also earned the "Social Media Certified" credential from HubSpot in June 2021, and the "ServSafe Food Handler" certification from the ANSI National Accreditation Board/ANAB in August 2019. Finally, Mollie completed the "Google Ads Display Certification" and "Google Ads Search Certification," both imparted by Google, in July 2021.
