Susie Sylvester

Susie Sylvester is the Executive Chair and Co-Founder of Dev Technology Group, Inc. Susie has over 25 years of experience in the human resources field. Susie has a bachelor's degree in human resources from George Mason University.

Susie started their career as a Human Resources Specialist at the American Pharmaceutical Association in 1994. Susie then became an HR Generalist at Houston Associates in 1996. In 1998, Susie became the Director of Human Resources at ICN. Susie held this position for one year before becoming the Director of Human Resources at ASRCC. Susie left ASRCC in 2000 to become a Consultant at TPO. Susie held this position for three years before co-founding Dev Technology Group, Inc. in 2003.
