Griffin Hitzel is a seasoned professional in real estate development and financial analysis, currently serving as a Development Manager at Devco Residential Group since June 2021. In this role, Griffin Hitzel focuses on sourcing, underwriting, and overseeing the acquisition of Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) properties in the Southwestern US, along with managing financing for these acquisitions. Prior experience includes a tenure as a Financial Analyst and Associate Financial Analyst at CBRE Affordable Housing, where Griffin Hitzel developed financial models and market analyses, and gained valuable experience as a Summer Analyst at Eastdil Secured, where technical skills in commercial real estate brokerage were honed. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from the UW Foster School of Business.
