Tom Spicer is a seasoned professional in the construction industry, currently holding the position of Project Manager at Devco Residential Group. With a background in sustainable construction, historic renovation, and various other construction projects, Tom has worked their way up from Superintendent roles at companies like Mill Creek Residential Trust LLC, W.G. Clark Construction, and Walsh Construction Co. Their education includes a degree in Leadership Training from Effectiveness Institute and an Associate's degree in Construction Trades from Renton Technical College.
