The Property Management team at Devco Residential Group is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our residential communities. This includes managing tenant relations, ensuring property maintenance and quality standards, financial oversight, and maximizing occupancy rates. Led by the President and Vice President of Property Management, along with the Property Controller, the team ensures that all properties operate efficiently and provide a high-quality living experience for residents while delivering strong returns for investors.
