Damien Peters

Damien Peters is currently the Director at /dev/color. Prior to that, they were the Entrepreneur In Residence, Citi Ventures at Citi from November 2020 to February 2022. Damien has also worked as the Interim VP of Product / Chief Product Officer at Camillion from December 2019 to August 2020, where they successfully led the company to pivot into a asynchronous video-based messaging platform for remote teams during the COVID-19 pandemic.

At Camillion, Damien worked closely with the CEO and COO to build user-centric product thinking and data-driven decision making into the core of our product development process. Damien also helped define our target customer, understand their needs, and build a product organization to satisfy those user needs. While doing that, Damien led the team through a re-brand and re-launch of the existing product into Mexico followed by defining and building an MVP to quickly get our solution to market.

Damien Peters graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Maryland. Damien also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the same school. Damien then went on to obtain their MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Technology & Entrepreneurship from the MIT Sloan School of Management. Additionally, Damien has received certification from Sun Microsystems as a Sun Certified Java Programmer and from the Project Management Institute as a Project Management Professional. Damien also has a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Motorola University.
