Tom Serro has over three decades of experience in human resources and management. Currently serving as an HR Coordinator at Devcon Security since May 1994, Tom's prior roles include Manager at AMC Theatres from January 1990 to October 1993 and Assistant Bookstore Manager at the University of Florida from September 1984 to November 1989. Tom holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Florida, complemented by education at Loyola University Maryland.
