Barak Arzuan is an experienced DevOps Engineer currently working at develeap and Solidus Labs since March 2022 and July 2022 respectively, where responsibilities include managing multi-regional Kubernetes clusters on AWS EKS and developing CI/CD processes using GitLab CI with Docker images hosted in ECR. Previously, Barak served as a Technical Support Engineer (Tier 2) at uPress Inc from January 2020 to March 2022, providing customer service on complex technical issues and mentoring junior team members. Prior to uPress Inc, Barak held the position of Senior Technical Support Engineer and Team Leader at SPD Hosting LTD from April 2018 to November 2019, where training new employees in web hosting and technical support was a primary focus.
