Peter Kolnhofer

Peter Kolnhofer has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Peter is the Founder and involved in business development at Techstars Sweden, aiming to establish the organization as Sweden's leading agency of junior tech talents. Peter is also the Founder of Developers Shore, an agency and community for Ukraine's top developers, providing IT development services to clients through freelancers, teams, and projects. Additionally, they are the Founder of Developers Bay, a leading agency and community for senior consultants in the tech industry. Before venturing into entrepreneurship, Peter worked as a Division Controller at H&M and as Head of Analysis, Project Manager, and Business Controller at the H&M Buying Office. Peter also has experience in strategic sales, business development, and management consulting. Peter was a Co-founder and member of the board at Dorunner AB, and they have owned their own consultancy, Viella consulting AB.

Peter Kolnhofer received their Bachelor of Science degree in Media and Communications from Stockholm University, where they studied from 1995 to 1998. Peter further pursued their education at the Stockholm School of Economics, earning a Master of Science degree in Accounting & Financial Management from 1998 to 2002.
