Michael Morley

Michael Morley is an experienced executive with a strong background in leadership and corporate governance across various industries. Currently serving as Chair at Modra Technology, Energy Renaissance, and Developing East Arnhem Limited, as well as holding positions as Non Executive Director at InfraBuild and Director and Operating Partner at Private Equity Group, Morley has demonstrated expertise in guiding organizations through critical developmental phases. Previous roles include Deputy Chief Executive Officer at GFG Alliance, where significant operations were managed in the integrated mining and steel production sectors, and Senior Vice President at Nyrstar, overseeing the largest global zinc metal production division. Morley’s educational credentials include a Master of Laws in International Tax from the University of Melbourne, along with Bachelor degrees in Commerce and Laws from Monash University.
