Ashok Khosla

Ashok Khosla is the Chairman of TARALIFE SUSTAINABILITY SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED, where the mission focuses on eradicating poverty and regenerating the environment through sustainable livelihoods. With a PhD in Physics from Harvard University, Ashok served as a Faculty Member and Resident Tutor at Harvard from 1962 to 1971, contributing to pioneering courses on the environment. Ashok has held prominent positions, including Chairman of Development Alternatives and TARA, and has served as President of the International Union for Conservation of Nature. In addition, Ashok has shaped global environmental policies through roles such as Director at the United Nations Environment Programme and Co-Chair of the International Resource Panel.
