Development Associates International (DAI)
Rhonda Proctor has been working in various financial and administrative positions since graduating with a BBA in Accounting. Rhonda is currently serving as the Chief Financial & Administrative Officer at Development Associates International (DAI). Prior to their current role, Rhonda worked as a Financial Controller at City Union Mission, NF4 Finance Marine Corp Community Services at Marine Corps Community Services, and Accounting Supervisor at both KCATA and Black Forest Academy.

DAI (Development Associates International) develops a leader's spiritual growth and effectiveness at managing people, money and organizations with servant leadership as the core principle. Servant leadership transforms the way leaders lead impacting communities, ministries, families and even governments. DAI offers leaders a variety of workshops, a degree program, organizational consulting for churches and non-profits and mentoring to support leaders’ growth through intentional relationships.
