Milkiyas Bulcha

Milkiyas Bulcha is a skilled attorney and consultant with experience working in both academia and the legal field. Currently serving as an Attorney and Consultant at Law, Bulcha has a Master of Laws degree in International Human Rights Laws from Addis Ababa University. Prior to their current role, Milkiyas served as a Senior Lecturer at Wollo University and as an Attorney at Law at the Development Bank of Ethiopia. Bulcha holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Bahir Dar University.
