Odane Brooks...⏳

Odane Brooks is a Gender Focal Point at the Development Bank of Jamaica, focusing on mainstreaming gender considerations. Odane is also a Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist for the Boosting Innovation, Growth, and Entrepreneurship Ecosystem project. Odane is an Adjunct Faculty Lecturer at the University of the Commonwealth Caribbean and serves as a CARICOM Youth Ambassador. Additionally, Odane has experience as a Policy Analyst and Researcher in various organizations. Odane holds a Master's degree in International Public and Development Management and has completed a Caribbean Youth Fellowship in Public Policy and Project Management.
