Roxanne Valentine-Donegan

Roxanne Valentine-Donegan has a background in environmental health and management. With experience in various roles at organizations such as the Development Bank of Jamaica Limited, Planning Institute of Jamaica, and National Environment and Planning Agency, Roxanne has developed expertise in sustainable development and environmental project management. Roxanne holds a BSc in Environmental Health and an MSc in Natural Resources Management with a focus on Environmental Management.
