Alice Rwema

Alice Rwema is a highly experienced professional in the legal and energy sectors, with a proven track record of serving in various leadership roles. Currently, Alice serves as a Board Member at the Development Bank of Rwanda (BRD) PLC and holds the position of General Counsel at Ampersand E-Mobility. With a background in international business, trade, and tax law, Alice has also been involved in major projects within the energy industry, including positions at Ruzizi III Energy Limited, Rwanda Energy Group, and EWSA LIMITED. Additionally, Alice has provided legal advisory services to the Rwanda Ministry of Infrastructure and served as a Board Member at Rwanda Airports Company and EWSA.
