Dexter Ilagan

Dexter Ilagan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital technology, innovation, and information and communications technology (ICT) management. Currently serving as the Head of Digital Technology & Innovations at the Development Bank of the Philippines, Dexter translates strategic business objectives into actionable ICT plans and ensures effective project delivery. Previous roles include leadership positions at Contel Communications, Converge ICT Solutions, and Cisco Systems, among others, where Dexter oversaw operations, business development, and strategic innovations. Additionally, Dexter has a strong academic background with an MBA from the International Academy of Management and Economics and a B.S. in Computer Engineering from Adamson University.
