Andrew Murray

Andrew Murray has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Andrew started their career in the Army as an Electrical Mechanical Draughtsman for the Royal Engineers from September 2002 to February 2008. Following that, they worked at Hewlett Packard Enterprise as a CAD Designer from February 2008 to October 2009 and later became a Quality Assurance Manager from October 2009 to April 2011.

Murray then joined Lloyds Banking Group, where they held two roles. First, they worked as an Associate in the Redress Calculations department from September 2011 to April 2012. Afterwards, they became a Quality Assurance Manager for Case Review from May 2012 to April 2013.

From June 2013 to 2019, Murray worked at Huntswood as part of the Lloyds Banking Group Compliance & Risk team. Andrew held the position of Risk and Compliance Executive at the Development Bank of Wales starting from 2019.

Throughout their career, Murray demonstrated leadership skills, developed training materials, managed teams, and focused on quality assurance and risk management.

Andrew Murray received their education from the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (The CISI), where they pursued a degree in Risk Management in financial institutions, specializing in Business Administration and Management. Andrew also attended Connah's Quay High School from 1996 to 2001, although no degree or field of study was specified during this period. In addition to their formal education, Andrew obtained a certification in First Aid at Work from St John Ambulance in September 2022.
