Elen Jones

Elen Jones has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Elen is currently employed as the Finance Director at Development Bank of Wales since October 2021. Prior to this role, they worked as the Financial Controller at the same company from October 2017 to November 2021.

Before joining Development Bank of Wales, Elen held various positions at Finance Wales. Elen was the Financial Controller from July 2016 to October 2017 and also served as the Interim Finance Director from April 2015 to June 2016. Elen initially joined Finance Wales as a Financial Controller in May 2014 and held the position until March 2015.

From 2010 to 2011, Elen worked as the Operations Finance Manager at Santia Consulting Ltd. Prior to that, they were employed at News International as the Finance Business Partner - GOS from February 2005 to May 2010.

Elen started their career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in September 1999 and worked as a Senior Associate until February 2004.

Elen Jones completed their primary and secondary education at Ysgol Gyfun Llanhari from 1988 to 1995. Afterward, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Management Science & German at Swansea University, completing it from 1995 to 1999.
