Hilary Neil-Williams

Hilary Neil-Williams is an experienced professional with a strong background in investment support and business administration. Currently serving as the Investment Support Administrator at the Development Bank of Wales since March 2018, Hilary has developed expertise in investment processes. Prior to this role, Hilary worked as a Business Support Officer for Antur Teifi under the Welsh Government Business Support Contract from January 2016 to February 2018, and at Wrexham County Borough Council from 2008 to 2015.
