Will Campion has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. In 2000, they worked as a Production Manager at Harman Becker Automotive Systems for three years. From 2004 to 2007, they served as a Consultant at Strategem, where they managed the Manufacturing Advisory Service for Wales. In 2008, they became a Consultant at Enterprise Consulting before founding their own consultancy, Oakbank Ltd, in 2009. As the Director of Oakbank, they focused on business improvement, learning and development, coaching and training, with an emphasis on lean practices. In 2015, they became a Board Trustee at Awen Cultural Trust, where they helped establish the organization and develop future strategies. From 2016 to 2019, they served as the Head of Business Improvement for Central Government & Defence at Interserve. Most recently, in 2019, they joined the Development Bank of Wales as a Business Process Improvement Manager.
Will Campion attended Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd from 1991 to 1994, where they received a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree with Honors in Mechanical Engineering. In October 2016, they obtained the certification of Fellow of The Institute of Mechanical Engineers (FIMechE) from The Institute of Mechanical Engineers.
