Samir Kishore

Samir Kishore has extensive experience in the banking and finance sector, currently serving as the Head of Corporate & FIG Credit and Market Risk at National Bank of Oman since February 2008. Prior to this role, Samir Kishore held various positions in Treasury, Corporate Credit, Corporate Banking, Factoring, and Risk Management at reputable financial institutions including ABN AMRO, Bank of America, Standard Chartered, Foremost Factors, Bank Dhofar, and Oman Development Bank from July 1992 to January 2008. Earlier in the career, Samir Kishore worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at the Technical Reference Centre at Texas A&M from January 1988 to February 1992. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University and dual Master's degrees in Architecture from Rice University and Texas A&M University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Architecture (Honours) from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
