Talal al Zadjali

Talal Al Zadjali is an accomplished professional with over 20 years of diverse experience in strategic management, performance leadership, and data analysis. Currently serving as Strategy Manager at Oman Development Bank since September 2009, Talal has held multiple roles including SME Manager and Branch Manager, excelling in branch operations, customer relationship management, and business target achievement. Previous experience includes a role as Performance Leader at Rural Areas Electricity Company, where Talal oversaw information systems and developed performance management systems. Earlier, at the Ministry of Health, Talal contributed as Senior Superintendent Health Information Officer, focusing on statistical reporting and health data analysis. Talal holds an Executive Diploma in Leadership and Strategic Management from the Chartered Management Institute and a Bachelor's Degree in Statistics from Sultan Qaboos University.
