Michael MacKay

Michael Mackay is a seasoned creative professional with extensive experience in the advertising and marketing industry. Currently serving as Vice President and Executive Creative Director at Development Counsellors International since February 2025, Michael has previously held notable roles including Creative Director at Brandpie from April 2016 to June 2023 and Creative Director at RAPP from October 2014 to March 2016, where responsibilities included leadership on significant digital campaigns for major clients such as SAP, Pfizer, Johnson & Johnson, Merck, Nestlé, and Time Warner Cable. Earlier career highlights include a position as Stylist at Club Monaco from April 2007 to June 2009 and a creative internship at cdm in May 2007.
