Zubaida Bello

Zubaida Bello is an experienced professional with a background in public relations, event curation, and educational programming. Currently serving as an Assistant Account Executive at Development Counsellors International since May 2022, Zubaida previously held roles such as Public Relations Account Coordinator for Ign!te the Mic and Teaching Artist at URBAN WORD NYC. Zubaida has a strong commitment to diversity and inclusion, demonstrated through event curation for students of color and recruitment of diverse staff across various organizations. Zubaida earned a Bachelor of Arts in African-American/Black Studies and History from Wesleyan University, where involvement included internships focused on affinity networks and DEI principles.
