David Wissmann, CCM, ENV SP, serves as Vice President at Development Facilitators, Inc. since February 1997, where responsibilities include overseeing the Construction Management and Inspection (CM&I) Department, maintaining client relations, and identifying new business opportunities. With prior experience as Director of CM&I, Chief of Construction Management, and Construction Manager, Wissmann has a strong background in managing diverse construction projects and staff. Before joining Development Facilitators, Wissmann worked as a Foreman at McDermott Contracting and gained valuable engineering experience with the 101st Airborne in the U.S. Army, focusing on aviation support and logistics.
