Jenny Connelly-Bowen, MPPA, currently serves as a Senior Planner & Project Manager at Development Strategies, focusing on enhancing urban potential through strategic planning and policy formulation. Previously, as the Executive Director of the Community Builders Network of Metro St. Louis, Jenny led a team that supported numerous community-building organizations and coalitions, while also managing communications and fund development. Early career experiences include roles at Rise Community Development, Save-A-Lot, and various internships that provided foundational skills in community development and market research. Jenny holds a Master of Public Policy Administration with specializations in Nonprofit Organization Management and Policy Evaluation, alongside several certificates from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis, and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Beloit College.
