Rhonda Greene

Rhonda Greene is a seasoned professional in training and development with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of Training and Professional Development at the Developmental Disabilities Institute (DDI) since May 2025, Rhonda is responsible for designing and overseeing comprehensive training programs, assessing organizational needs, and collaborating with leadership to enhance employee skills. Previously, at Nestlé Health Science, Rhonda held roles as Learning and Development Manager and Instructional Designer, focusing on employee engagement and program development. Rhonda also contributed to The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. as a Learning and Development Manager and served as Instructional Design Manager at Sleepy's, where Rhonda created training materials to support company programs.
