Chris Dowd is the owner of Dowdytravel.com and T.O.T.O. Vacation, where Chris serves as a travel consultant. With a background in systems administration and IT management, Chris has experience working with various companies such as Developmental Disabilities Resource Center, Tru-Check, and Quickland Technology Group, Inc. Dowd also previously held positions at Ti Training, ColdSpark, Blizzard Inline Hockey, Abacus Direct, and DoubleClick. Chris attended the University of Colorado Denver from 1987 to 1989.
