Sarah Schepman, MS.Ed., is a dynamic learning and development leader who currently serves as the Associate Director at Developmental Pathways, where they implement operational systems and manage effective teams. Sarah founded Elevate Organizational Training & Leadership Coaching, guiding individuals and organizations to achieve their highest potential through tailored training and coaching. With a rich background that includes leadership roles at Pearson, Illuminate Education, and Douglas County Libraries, they have delivered over 1,000 presentations and developed numerous professional development programs. Sarah is committed to fostering organizational success by leveraging the potential of individuals and aligning staff development with organizational goals.
