Dean Mudford

Dean Mudford is an experienced Chief Executive Officer currently leading DevelopmentWA, a position they assumed in 2024 after serving as Chief Operations Officer since 2015. Previously, they held the role of Development Director at Mirvac from 2004 to 2015 and managed apartments at Stockland from 2002 to 2004. Dean has a strong background in the real estate industry, specializing in areas such as business management, land development, and feasibility studies. They hold a Bachelor of Applied Science in Quantity Surveying and a Post Graduate Diploma in Property, both from Curtin University, and are a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
