Paolo Marchesi

Paolo Marchesi has over 20 years of experience in the industry. Paolo started their career in 1998 as a Product Manager for CECA S.A. In 2004, they became Global Sales Manager for Elementis Specialties. In 2005, they were appointed Export Area Manager for Soliance SA. In 2008, they were promoted to Chief Operative Officer and Vice President of Sales for Soliance US, where they were responsible for developing the branch to 4x sales and margin. In 2011, they took on the role of Executive Sales and Marketing Director for Soliance SA, where they motivated and structured the Sales and Marketing team to achieve double digit growth in both the US and Europe. In 2014, they became Country Manager Chromavis USA for FAREVA. In 2017, they were appointed President of Sales for 32 Actives and Chief Strategic Officer for Deveraux Specialties Inc. Most recently, in 2021, they were appointed Chief Executive Officer for Deveraux Specialties LLC.

Paolo Marchesi studied Physical Chemistry at the Università degli Studi di Milano from 1989 to 1995, earning a degree in Chemistry. Paolo then attended Imperial College London from 1993 to 1994, where they earned another degree in Chemistry, specializing in Surface Science. In 2008, they completed a course in Business Unit Management at HEC Paris.
