In addition, Andrew has held the position of Chief Executive at Hintel since June 2022, an RPO business dedicated to addressing challenges in recruitment functions. Prior to these roles, Andrew operated as a self-employed recruitment consultant from September 2002 to March 2006. Andrew holds a 2:1 degree in Business and Leisure Management from Manchester University, completed between 1999 and 2001, and is an alumnus of Warwick School.
