Conrad Castro

Conrad Castro possesses a diverse background with experience in various roles. Currently, Conrad serves as a Remote Assistance Advisor at Cruise, providing support for self-driving cars since 2023. Since August 2021, Conrad has also been a Contact Tracer at CSAA Insurance Group, focusing on COVID-19 case investigations. At Bayless Integrated Healthcare, Conrad has worked as both a Data Enrollment Specialist and a Medical Records Specialist since August 2018.
