Gwendolyn B. Skinner

Gwendolyn B. Skinner serves as Devereux’s vice president of operations. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations - including all programs and services for children and - adults at the Florida and Georgia centers. She has been in this role since May 2017.
