Kathy Greene, SPHR, brings more than 20 years of talent acquisition/management and organizational development experience to her role as Devereux’s vice president of talent and organizational development.
Greene most recently served as vice president of talent management at Penn National Gaming in Wyomissing, Pa., where she was responsible for the company’s talent development/acquisition strategy, including executive recruitment; organization design; succession planning; performance management; and diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives. She also served as director of human resources at Argosy Casino Alton in Aton, Ill.; manager of training and development/human resources at Hollywood Casino and Penn National Race Course in Grantville, Pa.; and training and development consultant at Ajilon Consulting in Mechanicsburg, Pa.
Greene earned her Master of Education in training and development from Penn State University and a Bachelor of Music in music education from James Madison University. She also holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification.
