Erick Garcia

Erick Garcia has been working in the talent acquisition field since 2011. Erick began their career at Robert Half as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and then moved to Eagle Professional Resources in 2014, where they held the same role. In 2017, Erick took on a Human Resources Advisor (contract) role at Ecofitt Corp, where they were responsible for implementing human resources programs and developing human resources solutions. In 2018, Erick joined David Aplin Group as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist and then a Talent Acquisition Specialist. Most recently, Erick has been employed by DevFacto since 2021, where they have held the roles of Talent Acquisition Manager and Talent Advisor.

Erick Garcia attended the University of Calgary from 2011 to 2013, where they studied Human Resources Management and Services. Erick also obtained a Certification in Consulting Foundations: Client Management and Relationships from LinkedIn in November 2022.
