Adrienne Brown

Adrienne Brown is an experienced communications and engagement professional currently serving as a Communications Specialist at Farmer Focus since February 2024, where collaboration with HR and other teams enhances internal communication and community engagement. Previously, Adrienne held the position of Culture & Engagement Specialist at Devils Backbone Brewing Company from January 2014 to February 2024, focusing on onboarding and training plans to improve employee engagement and experience. Adrienne also acted as the Area Sales/Chief Morale Officer during tenure at Devils Backbone. Adrienne holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of Virginia, obtained between 2009 and 2012.
