Jessica T. N. Huynh has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Jessica T. N. began their career as a Senior Analyst at Ivanhoé Cambridge, where they worked from August 2012 to November 2016. Jessica T. N. then moved on to PwC Canada, where they held the roles of Senior Associate and Manager in the National Real Estate Advisory - Consulting and Deals division from October 2017 to June 2020. Currently, they are working as the Director of Investments at Devimco Immobilier, starting from June 2020. Throughout their career, Jessica has gained expertise in portfolio management, capital allocation, and real estate appraisal/valuation.
Jessica T. N. Huynh holds a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, with a major in Finance and a minor in Psychology, from Concordia University. Jessica T. N. also obtained a Certificate in Real Estate Finance and Investment from New York University. Additionally, Jessica has earned a REFM Certification in Excel for Real Estate - Level 1, 2, and 3 with Distinction from Real Estate Financial Modeling.
