James MacKay

James Mackay has a strong background in finance and leadership. James most recently served as the Chief Executive Officer at Devine Limited starting in March 2020. Prior to that, they held the roles of CFO & Company Secretary at Devine Limited from February 2016. Before joining Devine Limited, James worked at CIMIC Group Limited as the Manager of Controlling Systems from March 2014 to February 2016. James also worked at Leighton Holdings Limited as the Manager of Controlling from November 2012 to March 2014 and as the Manager of Financial Operations from January 2012 to November 2012. James has international experience as well, having worked as the Acting Group CFO at Habtoor Leighton Group from August 2013 to February 2014 and as the Group Deputy CFO from October 2007 to January 2012. James previously held positions at Gulf Leighton LLC as the Finance & Administration Manager from 2006 to 2007 and at Broad Construction Services as the Financial Controller from July 2001 to August 2006. James began their career at KPMG UK as an Audit Senior from 1991 to 1992.

James Mackay completed their Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting/Management from The University of Western Australia from 1986 to 1988. James also obtained a Chartered Accountant degree from ICAA from 1990 to 1991.
