Kasia Lasoń

Kasia Lasoń has diverse work experience in various roles related to human resources, training, and business development. Kasia most recently served as the Head of HR at Deviniti since February 2020. Prior to that, they worked as an HR Lead at EQUIQO sp. z o.o. from January 2018 to February 2020. Kasia also co-founded and served as the CEO of Merge Staff - we merge people&jobs from July 2016 to December 2017. Additionally, Kasia worked as a Sessional Lecturer at Wyższa Szkoła Bankowa we Wrocławiu from January 2015 to November 2017, and as a Trainer & Business Development Manager at Future Skills from June 2015 to July 2016. Kasia also gained experience as an Internal Trainer/ HR Coordinator at IPT Call Center Sp. z o.o. from September 2014 to October 2015, and as a Junior Sales Manager at Work Service S.A. from August 2012 to July 2013.

Kasia Lasoń has a Bachelor's degree in Education studies from the University of Wroclaw. Kasia also holds a Master's degree in Education studies Counseling & Job Coaching from the same university. In addition, they have completed post-diploma studies in Business Trainer and Human Resources Management from the Uniwersytet WSB Merito Wrocław.
