MacIej Koszyk

Maciej Koszyk has extensive work experience in the recruitment and HR industry. Maciej is currently working at Devire as an RPO Delivery Manager and Head of CoE. Prior to this, they were a Delivery Manager at Pontoon Solutions, where they managed high-volume recruitment for Tesla and served as a Product Manager for RXO. Maciej also worked as an MSP Program Manager for UBER. Before joining Pontoon Solutions, Maciej was a Recruitment Lead at AgileOne, where they managed a team and handled various HR and recruitment responsibilities. Maciej started their career at Hays, where they worked as a Talent Acquisition Team Leader. Maciej also worked as a Staffing Specialist at Hays Talent Solutions for Honeywell. Maciej has experience as a Recruiter at Pall Corporation and GE Healthcare. Additionally, they worked as a Technical Translator for multiple companies and as a Financial Advisor at OVB Allfinanz.

Maciej Koszyk attended Jagiellonian University from 2011 to 2013, where they earned a Master of Arts degree in Business Consulting. Prior to that, from 2007 to 2010, they attended Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny w Krakowie and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. Additionally, in July 2016, they completed the Fast Forward Managerial Development Programme offered by Hays.
