Mike Soder

Mike Soder is the current VP of Finance at Devo. Prior to this, they were with Extreme Reach from March 2013 to August 2021, where they were VP Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis. Mike was responsible for representing the Finance department as a liaison with the IT Business Development team to construct Business Intelligence systems. Mike also developed key reports and analytical dashboards for the sales, marketing, and finance teams. This resulted in real time data being available companywide with programmed analysis for the first time in the history of the company. Mike was also responsible for end user training and monitoring all live reporting tools used within the Business Intelligence environment.

Prior to their work at Extreme Reach, Mike Soder worked at Keurig, Inc. from August 2011 to March 2013 as Sr. Financial Analyst, Web and Commercial. Mike was responsible for development of the financial budgets and forecasts for the Commercial and E-Commerce teams, including tracking and analyzing sales, margin, and expense performance to targets. Mike also provided direct Marketing support to Commercial and E-Commerce teams to provide financial insight to Marketing programs. This included developing and supporting ad-hoc ROI and performance analysis for executive leadership. Mike coordinated the monthly close process for the development of the total Keurig Business Unit forecast, which included the collection and analysis of all forecast inputs that are associated with the P&L. Mike also created a daily Sales report for the E-Commerce business, which helped provide key sales performance data compared to forecast. This report was used by Management to track the business and make promotional decisions based on trends.
