Toby Russell

Toby Russell is an experienced project manager currently serving at Devon Air Ambulance since December 2015, focusing on community landing site development. Prior roles include Director and Development Manager at Trinity Sailing Foundation from May 2011 to December 2015 and Senior Project Manager at Westcountry Rivers Trust from February 2002 to May 2011. Toby began the career as a Marine Fisheries Observer at Marine Resource Assessment Group between February 2001 and February 2002. Education includes studies at Anglia Ruskin University from 1990 to 1993 and the University of Portsmouth from 1998 to 1999.
