Dr Rachel Hearn

Dr Rachel Hearn is an Interim Principal Educational Psychologist at Devon County Council. Prior to this role, she held the positions of Deputy Principal Educational Psychologist and Senior Educational Psychologist at Babcock International Group. She also worked as an Educational Psychologist at the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham. Dr Hearn holds a Doctorate in Child, Community, and Educational Psychology from Tavistock and Portman NHS Trust and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Psychology from the University of Warwick.
