Laura Downes

Laura Downes has extensive experience in various roles within the Devon County Council and SCOMIS. Laura started as a District Clerk in their early years and worked their way up to a Senior Systems Officer, Service Desk Manager, and currently, as an End User Compute Manager. Laura has a background in organizational leadership with a Master's degree from the University of Plymouth. Their roles have focused on service improvement, training and support, and managing service desks to ensure smooth operations.
